I work at the connection between technology, organization, and the everyday work of the people who use a system.
As CTO at Ogulo and Head of Engineering at DeepUp, I led product development, technical decisions, and teams. At Ogulo, I built AI-assisted floor-plan generation and automated production workflows. At DeepUp, 3D digitization throughput per person rose from about 200–300 metres to 15–25 kilometres a month between 2020 and 2024. I have worked with machine learning since 2015.

Do we have to begin with an Assessment?
No. We build on what you already know. The Assessment is available as a separate engagement if you first want a sound basis for the next decision.
We know the bottleneck, but not the solution yet. Is this still a fit?
Yes. A known problem is not yet a finished engagement. In the intro call, we clarify which questions remain open and which bounded next step would make sense.
What does working together cost?
Workshops start at EUR 1,900, the Assessment at EUR 3,500, pilot projects at EUR 6,900, and ongoing support at EUR 900 per month. Scope, result, and price are agreed before commissioning.
Do we need AI for this?
AI opens new possibilities. Whether it fits is clarified against the concrete problem. Conventional automation or a better process can be just as appropriate.
Who is this for?
For SMEs and engineering or operational departments in larger organizations. What matters is the concrete reason and the ability to work on a change together.
What happens in the intro call?
We spend 30 minutes on your reason, earlier attempts to solve it, and a possible engagement. The conversation is free. If I am not the right person, I will say so.
Does the Assessment bind us to further work?
No. You receive a result that you can use independently. You decide separately about any following implementation.
What does the Assessment include?
It includes a report on the actual process and its breakpoints, comparable baselines, two to three prioritized measures, and a recommendation for the next decision. Fixed pricing starts at EUR 3,500 for 2–5 days.
