Hosting and server logs

This website is a static site hosted by a hosting provider. When you access it, technically necessary data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, and user agent) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and stable operation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Analytics (consent-based)

Beyond the technically necessary server logs above, this website loads analytics only after you give consent via the cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics data is sent. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Umami is a self-hosted analytics service at analytics.joyandmighty.com. It records aggregated page views, referrer URLs, browser and operating-system family, device type and country of origin. It does not set cookies, track people across websites or intentionally store identifying information. I do not use session replay, advertising, Google Signals or cross-site profiles.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and a right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
